The American Security Challenge provides technology-scouting services for clients in the public and private sector, specifically within the field of national security. Former clients included Northrop Grumman, ArcSight, NSA, Ridge Global, DoD, Raytheon, ARINC, Boeing, ManTech and others.
As we scoured the country looking for the best technologies that matched our clients' needs, we were managing the collection, screening and result sharing process by hand. The submission process was extensive and tedious, requiring sifting through mounds of documents that often didn’t have the information we needed. The subsequent screening process required juggling the experts’ time and interests, and evaluating technologies was more of an art form than a science. Plus, there was no way to share the innovations found with our clients. So we created TechMATCH.
TECHNOLOGY SCOUTING 2.0
Although TechMATCH was born out of our need for a more efficient innovation screening process, it has rapidly evolved into a platform that ended up solving the problems that other companies were having as well. It was simple. Companies were able to license the software and subsequently enjoy the ease of innovation screening and sharing. Associations, media and event organizations then began employing this software to create the crucial link between innovative technology and their community of sponsors, members, event attendees and stakeholders.
